  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Affluense.ai platform (“Platform” or “Service”), operated by Saleazy Technologies Private Limited (“Affluense”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms operate together with our Privacy Policy, India Privacy Notice (DPDP), AI Policy, and Data Processing Addendum, which are incorporated by reference.

  1. Eligibility

You must:

a) be at least 18 years old
b) have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract
c) use the Platform only for lawful business purposes

Affluense may suspend or terminate access if these requirements are not met.

  1. Grant of Licence

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Affluense grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your internal business purposes during the active Subscription term.

No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

  1. Subscription, Billing, and Taxes

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual billing cycle, depending on the plan selected.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You authorise Affluense to charge all applicable Subscription fees to your selected payment method.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST or similar governmental charges. You are responsible for paying all such taxes except those based solely on Affluense’s income.

  1. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

Refunds, if any, are granted at the sole discretion of Affluense.

Eligible refunds for failed or duplicate transactions are typically processed within five to seven working days.

  1. Acceptable Use and Restricted Activities

You agree to use the Platform only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You must not:

a) misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform
b) attempt unauthorised access or reverse engineer the Service
c) infringe intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights
d) use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

Affluense may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

  1. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including software, data, trademarks, design, and content, remain the exclusive property of Affluense or its licensors.

Your use of the Platform does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

  1. Third-Party Services and Data

The Platform may integrate or rely on third-party services, infrastructure providers, or data sources.

Affluense is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of such third parties, and your use of them is subject to their respective terms.

  1. Service Modifications and Availability

Affluense may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without liability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform.

  1. . Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affluense disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  1. . Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affluense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Affluense’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total Subscription fees paid by you during the twelve months preceding the claim.

  1. . Data Protection

Processing of personal data is governed by our:

Privacy Policy
India Privacy Notice (DPDP)
AI Policy
Data Processing Addendum, where applicable

By using the Platform, you acknowledge such processing.

  1. Termination

Affluense may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms, applicable laws, or related policies.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

  1. . Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform.

  1. . Changes to These Terms

Affluense may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
